By creating an account using your email address, a password and verifying an account you are agreeing to the privacy statement below and these terms and conditions of use for the www.isitcoeliacdisease.org.uk website, as outlined below.  

Please remember when creating your account that your password should be at least 6 characters long and complex i.e. it should include upper and lower case characters, numbers, symbols and not include real words. Above all, your password should not be used elsewhere.

The data collected through the www.isitcoeliacdisease.org.uk website is to be used for the purposes of processing your assessment and anonymised data analysis only. Your details will not be passed or disclosed to any third party. Further, other than about your assessment, we will not contact you, unless you have positively agreed or “opted-in” to a request from us to contact you again in the future. You will have the option to “unsubscribe” or to “opt-out” of these communications with us at any time.  

 

Online Security

 

The results of your assessment will be sent via email which will have been verified by you before you complete the test.  The data collected and stored will be held for a period not longer than seven years.  The data you provide is captured and held securely to within an encrypted  SSL (Secure Socket Layer) hosted environment.

Complaints

 

If you would like to make a complaint you can do so by email to campaigns@coeliac.org.uk or your can write to the Head of Campaigns with your complaint us using the address above. 

Please provide all relevant details in relation to your complaint in your correspondence. All formal complaints will receive an initial response within 21 days, although the complaint may not be fully addressed within this time period. Please include in the subject line of your email or correspondence “FORMAL COMPLAINT” to help speed processing.
