The results of your assessment will be sent via email which will have been verified by you before you complete the test. The data collected and stored will be held for a period not longer than seven years. Please provide all relevant details in relation to your complaint in your correspondence. All formal complaints will receive an initial response within 21 days, although the complaint may not be fully addressed within this time period. Please include in the subject line of your email or correspondence “FORMAL COMPLAINT” to help speed processing.
